How we do business, in plain words.

The figure produced by the estimator on this site is an indicative range based on what you tell it. It is not a quote and it is not a contract.

Your actual price is confirmed in person, before any equipment is unloaded. If you do not want to proceed at that point, you owe nothing and we leave.

We will tell you before starting if we believe cleaning will not achieve what you are hoping for. If a carpet is delaminated, a rug will not survive a wash, or a floor needs refinishing rather than cleaning, we will say so and decline the work.

We do not move beds, large wall units, pianos, appliances or anything with a glass top. We will move ordinary furniture such as sofas, chairs and coffee tables.

If you are not happy with a room, tell us and we will re-clean it. If you are still not happy after that re-clean, you do not pay for that room.

If a treated spot reappears within 14 days, contact us and we will return and re-treat it at no charge. This covers wicking, which is normal, rather than new spills.

There is a minimum job value of $149. Nothing is added to your bill that you have not agreed to in advance.
