Carpet Cleaning

Hot-water extraction that empties the fiber instead of glazing it.

Most carpet that looks "clean but tired" is not worn out — it is loaded. Years of dry soil sit at the base of the pile where a vacuum cannot reach, and every previous cleaning that used too much detergent left a tacky residue that grabs the next round of dirt. We pre-vacuum, break that residue down, then flush it all out under pressure and pull it back.

The method

Step by step, and why each one matters.

Any of these can be skipped to save fifteen minutes. Skipping them is the difference between a clean that lasts a year and one that lasts a month.

Walk the job
We look at the fiber, the backing and the traffic pattern with you before anything is unloaded, and tell you what will and will not come out.

Dry soil first
Roughly three quarters of what is in a carpet is dry. Vacuuming it out first means the rest is not turned into mud.

Pre-spray and dwell
The chemistry does the work, not the wand. Skipping dwell time is the single most common reason a clean does not last.

Agitate
A groomer drives the pre-spray down to the base of the pile where the soil actually is.

Extract
Hot water in under pressure, soil and solution back out. Slow passes — this is the step people rush.

Rinse and groom
An acid rinse brings the fiber back to neutral pH so it does not re-soil in two weeks. Then the pile is set in one direction.
